How we use the information you share.
This notice explains how Super Fuel Your Life uses information submitted through our connection forms and MY SFYL account features.
Information we collect
When you send a message or peptide connection request, we collect your first name, email address, phone number, message or optional note, optional topic, selected peptide interests, and the date and time. Phone is required so SFYL can respond using the contact method appropriate to your request. We also maintain operational request and email-delivery status and may add private administrative notes needed to respond and manage the record. MY SFYL account and progress features may store profile, saved wins, progress, and activity information connected with your account.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to messages and peptide conversations, provide and maintain MY SFYL functionality, send transactional confirmations and administrative notifications, maintain necessary operational records, prevent abuse and spam, and operate and secure SFYL. Peptide interests are used to understand which topics you want to discuss; sending your peptide interests doesn’t place an online order.
Security and anti-abuse information
When you submit a public form, security services may process limited network, device, challenge, and request information to verify that the submission is legitimate and to apply rate limits. SFYL stores pseudonymous rate-limit hashes rather than raw email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses in its rate-limit records.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store and protect form, account, progress, and security records; Resend to deliver transactional confirmation and administrative notification emails; Cloudflare and Turnstile to host, deliver, and protect the website and public forms; and ChatGPT Sites as part of the website hosting and delivery environment where applicable. These providers process information on our behalf to operate their services.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business and operational records, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and protect the service. The business has not yet established a fixed retention schedule for connection requests, private administrative notes, MY SFYL records, or anti-abuse records.
Where information is processed
Our service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other locations where they operate. Their handling of information is governed by their service terms and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion, subject to any records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons.
